(a)
The Texas Health and Safety Code is hereby adopted for enforcement within the municipal limits of the city, together with all powers and authority granted to the city contained therein.
(b)
Any modifications to the standards contained in the Texas Health and Safety Code, as authorized therein, shall be accomplished by specific amendment to the ordinance codified in this section, which shall remain attached thereto.
