Editor’s note–At the direction of the city, the following changes have been made to the zoning ordinance:
(1) References to the Code Enforcement Officer have been changed to “Code Compliance Officer.”
(2) The term “comprehensive zoning ordinance” has been changed to “zoning ordinance.”
(3) Fee amounts have been replaced by language such as “a fee in the amount set forth in the fee schedule adopted by the City Council.”
(4) References to “Town” have been changed to “City.”

The following document reflects the Zoning Ordinance for the Town of Horizon City which rescinds and replaces Ordinance No. 0006, adopted February 8, 1994, and amendments number 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 23, 26, 27, and 28. The following amendments to Ordinance No. 0006 are not rescinded and are incorporated herein by reference and will remain in full force and effect: amendments numbers 10, 11, 24, 25, 29, and 30.
