(a)
Obstruction of view prohibited.
No walls, buildings, structures, vegetation, trees or other obstructions to view in excess of two feet (2') in height shall be placed within the following triangular areas at the intersections of streets, except trees pruned high enough to permit unobstructed vision to motor vehicle operators:
(1)
At the intersection of two streets, the triangular area formed by the street right-of-way lines and a line connecting them at points twenty-five feet (25') from the intersection of the right-of-way lines.
(2)
In the event there are no right-of-way lines, the triangular area formed by the edge of pavement and a line connecting them at points twenty-five feet (25') from the intersection of the edges of pavement.
(b)
Penalty.
Any person found in violation of any of the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500.00, and each and every day such violation shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
