(a)
Zoning change application: $1,000.00 + professional fees.
(b)
Board of adjustment application: $200.00 + professional fees.
(c)
Oil and gas board of review application: $300.00 + professional fees.
(d)
Conditional use application: $400.00 + professional fees.
(e)
For purposes of this article, "professional fees" shall include, but not be limited to, engineering fees, attorney's fees, planning or zoning-related consultant fees and other professional service fees incurred by the town for the review of any application submitted to the town and referenced in this article, plus an additional fifty dollars ($50.00) for administrative review and billing of same. Until payment of all outstanding fees by an applicant, the town shall not submit for publication in the town's official newspaper any legally-mandated public notice(s) related to such application or place such application on any town council, planning and zoning commission and/or zoning board of adjustment agenda.

Development review committee: $200.00.
