Garage sale.
Occasional sales on residential premises, not to exceed three in number on the same property in any one calendar year, provided that:
(1) 
Merchandise is not acquired solely for the purpose of resale on the premises.
(2) 
The duration of sale shall not exceed three consecutive calendar days.
(3) 
Signage for which shall be in conformance with the requirements of one-time event signs in article 26.02 "signs" of this code.
