The city council hereby approves the "City of Murphy, Texas Design Manual for the Installation of Network Nodes and Node Support Poles Pursuant to Texas Local Government Code chapter 284." A copy of which is attached to Ordinance 17-08-1057 and incorporated herein by reference into this division.
