(a)
Any
person to be appointed for future terms of service on a board which
is not a city public elective office shall not be delinquent to the
city, as that term is defined by the taxing entity, meaning the city.
(b)
If
any person nominated for any such board or serving on any such board
becomes delinquent, as that word is defined by the taxing entity,
for a period of more than 60 days, that person will be automatically
removed from the board and their place taken by another person appointed
by the city council.
