The International Energy Conservation Code, 2018 edition, is
hereby adopted by reference. Unless deleted, amended, expanded or
otherwise changed herein, all provisions of each such code shall be
fully applicable and binding. One copy of each such code, together
with the exceptions and amendments thereto, shall be kept at all times
in the office of the city secretary.
