The 2018 International Residential Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings along with all appendices, as amended by subsequent provisions of this chapter and the 2018 International Residential Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings Supplements, is hereby adopted by the city.

Appeals arising out of the interpretation or enforcement of the provisions in the one- and two-family dwelling code shall be to the board of the city having authority over the subject matter made the basis of the appeal, for example, building board of appeal, plumbing board of appeal, etc.
