City of Odessa, TX ARTICLE 3-16 MINIMUM BUILDING STANDARDS CODE

§ 3-16-1 Adoption.

The 2018 International Property Maintenance Code along with all appendices, as amended by subsequent provisions of this chapter and the 2018 International Property Maintenance Code Supplements, is hereby adopted by the city.
