The impact fee study dated July 2021 is hereby approved, adopted,
and incorporated herein for all purposes consistent with this article.

For water and wastewater impact fees the city is included as
one (1) service area. For roadway impact fees, the city is hereby
divided into three (3) service areas as shown on the official service
area map identified within the adopted study. The official service
area maps, which, together with all explanatory matter thereon, are
hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this article.
