A. Design of storm drainage facilities within the City of Arnold shall
be based on, "The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District Rules, Regulations
and Engineering Design Requirements for Sanitary Sewage and Stormwater
Drainage Facilities, dated February 2006 — revised 10/15/2012"
Chapter 2 Definitions, Chapter 4 Design Requirements for Storm Drainage
Facilities, and references to Chapter 14 Appendix and Chapter 16 Amendments;
therein is referred to as the "MSD 2006"; and local State and Federal
applicable standards with the City of Arnold amendments as indicated
in this Article.
B. Within the MSD 2006, any reference to MSD or District shall be deemed
to mean the City of Arnold, reference to the Executive Director shall
be deemed to mean the Community Development Director.
C. Within the MSD 2006, Chapter 16 Amendments, Table 4-5, Watershed
Release Rates for Design of Routed Detention Facilities for Developments
with a Post-Development Differential Runoff Greater than 5CFS*; the
Final Routed Release Rates one-hundred-year — twenty-four-hour
and two-year — twenty-four-hour storm in the City of Arnold
shall have a "Zero Increase" cfs/acres for the watershed(s).

A. Construction of storm drainage facilities within the City of Arnold
shall follow, "Standard Construction Specifications for Sewer and
Drainage Facilities of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
2009"; herein referred to as the "MSD Construction Specs"; with the
City of Arnold amendments as indicated in this Code.
B. Within the MSD Construction Specs, any reference to the District
or St. Louis County shall be deemed to mean the City of Arnold, Missouri.

Throughout the Rules and Regulations and MSD Construction Specs,
whenever the title "Director" or "Engineer" appears, it shall be deemed
to mean the Community Development Director.
