The following streets are hereby closed to vehicular traffic and the Street Department will erect suitable barricades to prevent the movement of vehicular traffic at the following locations:
A.
South Dellwood. The southern City limit of South Dellwood Street in the City is hereby closed to vehicular traffic and the Street Department shall erect suitable barricades within the City to prevent the movement of vehicular traffic at said place. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle to operate the same through said area. Said barricades shall originally be placed on a temporary basis up to and including November 12, 1990. Said barricades shall be considered as permanent unless this Section is repealed on or before November 12, 1990.
B.
Kappel Drive. Kappel Drive at the eastern City limit in the City is hereby closed to vehicular traffic and the Street Department will erect suitable barricades within the City to prevent the movement of vehicular traffic at said place. It will be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle to operate the same through said area. Said barricades will originally be placed on a temporary basis up to and including a time span of six (6) months from the date of passage and approval of this Section. Said barricades will be considered as permanent unless this Section is repealed within six (6) months of the passage and approval of this Section.
C.
Green Valley Drive at the Southeastern City limit in the City of Dellwood shall be closed to vehicular traffic and the Street Department will erect suitable barricades within the City to prevent the movement of vehicular traffic at said place. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle to operate the same through street. Said barricades will originally be placed on a temporary basis up to and including a time span of three (3) months from the date of passage and approval of this Section. Said barricades will be considered as permanent unless this Section is repealed within three (3) months of the passage and approval of this Section.
