(a)
The
city desires to enhance economic development activity for new growth.
(b)
The
city therefore desires to implement a program that offers reduced
development-related fees for new growth that is developed in compliance
with the current development code requirements.

(a)
The
city is to implement a development fee reduction incentive program
designed to offer a 50% reduction in development-related fees for
all new development that is constructed in compliance with the current
development code requirements and is not eligible for any other incentive
program not related to green building or energy conservation, with
the exception of impact fees, professional recovery fees, and administrative
fees. The incentive program fee reductions apply only to fees incurred
within the two (2) year program timeframe of August 15, 2013 through
August 15, 2015 and must be paid within said timeframe.

The

all new development that is voluntarily constructed in total compliance
with the current development code requirements and is not eligible
for any other incentive program not related to green building or energy
conservation, with the exception of impact fees, professional recovery

apply only to fees incurred within the two (2) year program timeframe
of August 15, 2013 through August 15, 2015 and must be paid within
said timeframe.
