Pursuant to chapter 395, Texas Local Government Code, the city must adopt land use assumptions and capital improvement plans prior to the imposition of impact fees. The land use assumptions and capital improvement plan dated July 2006, as amended on December, 2020, on record in the office of the city secretary, are hereby adopted and incorporated by reference.
