A certain document, one (1) copy of which is on file in the office of the city secretary, being marked and designated as the International Private Sewage Disposal Code, 2018 edition, including appendices, as published by the International Code Council, be and is hereby adopted as the private sewage disposal code of the city, in the state regulating and governing the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of individual sewage disposal systems as herein provided; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions, and terms of said private sewage disposal code on file in the [office of the city secretary] are hereby referred to, adopted, and made part hereof, as if fully set out in this legislation, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in section 24.05.002.

The International Private Sewage Disposal Code, 2018 edition,
is amended to read as follows:
Section 101.1. Insert: City of Hutto,
Texas.
Section 106.4.2. Insert: Permits and
fees per current City of Hutto Fee Schedule.
Section 106.4.3. Insert: This section
is deleted.
Section 108.4. Insert: Shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punishable in accordance with general penalty found in Section 1.01.009 of the Hutto Code of Ordinances.
Section 108.5. Insert: $500.00/$2,000.00
Section 109. Means of Appeal. Any appeal
from any decision, application, or interpretation of this Code shall
be made directly to the Building and Standards Commission. All Building
and Standards Commission decisions are final.
