§ A3.001 Building permits–New construction.

(a) 1–1,000 sq. ft. $100.00.

(b) $0.25 each sq. ft. after that.

§ A3.002 Mobile home and manufactured home park fees.

(a) Mobile home permit: $500.00.

(b) Manufactured home park annual license: $200.00.

(c) Application fee for mobile home park construction permit: $100.00 plus $10.00 per unit for every unit in excess of twenty-five (25) units.
