(A)
It shall be the responsibility of the city staff and/or Planning Commission’s consultants to meet together to review pre-application plans, to study the suitability of the proposed subdivision for the purposes for which it is intended and to submit their findings and recommendations to the Planning Commission at the time the plat is to be reviewed by the Planning Commission, the City Clerk should distribute two copies of the plat and original, if final plat, to the Planning Commission and circulate one copy of the plat to appropriate city departments and employees.
(B)
The City Engineer shall, within 30 days, submit his or her report to the Planning Commission. This report shall include, but is not limited to, the discussion of any drainage or other related problems that might be encountered.
(C)
The bond of escrow may be required based on engineering estimates.
