(a) 
Fines.
To determine the amount of your fine, contact the municipal court clerk at 940-567-6321, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
(b) 
Processing fee for payments by credit card.
The processing fee for payments made by credit card shall equal 5% of the amount of the fee, fine, court cost or other charges being paid.

Lots 1/2 acre or less.
(1) 
Mowing and trimming:
(A) 
Mowing and trimming only: $200.00.
(B) 
Second time forced mowing at same property: $300.00.
(C) 
Third and every subsequent time thereafter (regardless of the calendar or fiscal year) at the same property: $500.00.
(2) 
Tree pruning, brush removal and the like: $75.00 per hour.
(3) 
Disposal fee: $30.00 per yard.
(b) 
Lots 1/2 acre to 1 acre.
(1) 
Mowing and trimming:
(A) 
Mowing and trimming only: $300.00.
(B) 
Second time forced mowing at same property: $500.00.
(C) 
Third and every subsequent time thereafter (regardless of the calendar or fiscal year) at the same property: $800.00.
(2) 
Tree pruning, brush removal and the like: $75.00 per hour.
(3) 
Disposal fee: $35.00 per yard.
(c) 
Lots greater than 1 acre.
(1) 
Mowing and trimming:
(A) 
Mowing and trimming only: $300.00.
(B) 
Second time forced mowing at same property: $500.00.
(C) 
Third and every subsequent time thereafter (regardless of the calendar or fiscal year) at the same property: $800.00.
(2) 
Tree pruning, brush removal and the like: $75.00 per hour.
(3) 
Disposal fee: $40.00 per yard.
(d) 
Administrative fee:
$25.00.
