Ordinances or parts of ordinances prescribing traffic regulations for specific streets, such as ordinances designating speed limits, one-way streets, through streets, no-parking areas, parking zones, loading zones, stop or yield intersections, intersections where traffic is to be controlled by signals, etc., are not included in this code but are hereby saved from repeal and are in full force and effect as if set out at length in this chapter. Such ordinances are on file in the office of the city secretary.
(Ordinance adopting Code)
(a) 
It shall be unlawful for any person to operate on or travel on, over, or across the parking and sidewalk areas of the city hall and public safety complex located in the 100 block of North Oakridge Drive in the city by bicycle, roller skates, skateboards, go-carts, or other similar conveyances, with an exception for bicycle operations on the parking area by persons having legitimate business at such locations during hours of operations.
(b) 
Any person who violates this section shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than one dollar ($1.00) nor more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
(c) 
The city staff is authorized to and shall post appropriate signs to regulate the traffic regulated in this section. Any person who refuses to cease the prohibited conduct after verbal warning may also be subject to prosecution for criminal trespass.
