§ 62-1 Zoning restriction change application fee.

There shall be a fee paid, as approved by the city council, to the city to file an application for a change of zoning restriction, this fee to be paid at the time application is filed.

(b)

The fee is nonrefundable once application is made, and the outcome of the application shall in no way entitle the applicant to a refund.

(c)

Payment of the fee authorizes the city to place a "zoning change sign" on the subject property, according to the policy guidelines of the city council.
