(a) 
Replacement of tag.
There shall be a $6.00 charge for a new tag to replace a mutilated occupation tax tag on a coin-operated machine.
(b) 
Release of machine sealed for nonpayment of tax.
There shall be a fee of $5.00 per machine for the release of any recreation or amusement machine that is sealed for nonpayment of the occupation tax.
(c) 
Amusement center license.
There is levied an annual license fee of $50.00 per machine on each person or business entity that owns an amusement center within the city.

The license fee for an itinerant merchant or itinerant vendor shall be $30.00. Provided, however, when any person, firm, company, partnership, corporation or association engages such activity through one or more agents or employees, such person, firm, company, partnership, corporation or association shall, in addition to said $30.00 fee above mentioned, pay a license fee of $10.00 for each agent or employee so engaged.

(a) 
License fee.
A junk dealer shall pay an initial license fee of $50.00, and an annual license fee of $25.00 thereafter.
(b) 
Duplicate license.
The fee for issuance of a duplicate license is $2.00.

An application to drill a well for oil and/or gas shall be accompanied by a payment of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00), the same being a filing fee.

(a) 
Application filing fee.
An application to store salt water or oil sludge on the surface of the earth prior to the injection into a salt water disposal well or to operate a salt water or oil sludge processing facility shall be accompanied a payment in the amount of $750.00, which will be the filing fee.
(b) 
Renewal of permit.
The permit shall be renewable annually upon the payment of a renewal fee in the amount of $250.00.

An application to drill and/or operate a well for disposal of salt water shall be accompanied by a payment in the amount of seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00), the same being a filing fee.
