The rates charged by the city for natural gas are as follows:
(1) 
Applicability.
This rate is applicable under regular terms and conditions of the city, for all domestic, commercial, business and/or manufacturing purposes.
(2) 
Monthly rate.
(A) 
A user fee of $25.00 per month.
(B) 
Then the rates are as follows: For every CCF of gas used is $1.52.
(3) 
Discount.
Senior citizens and disabled persons receive a 10% discount off of the total amount charged for gas.

The rates charged by the city for water are as follows:
(1) 
Applicability.
This rate is applicable under the regular terms and conditions of the city, for all domestic, commercial and business purposes. Water furnished to outside contractors will be considered on each individual request to furnish or deny.

Monthly rates for residential.
(A) 
A user fee of $25.00 per month for the first 2,000 gallons.
(B) 
Then the rates are as follows: For every 1,000 gallons of water is $2.50, then the rate stays at $2.50 per 1,000 gallons of water for each 1,000 gallons used.
(3) 
Discount.
Senior citizens and disabled persons receive a 10% discount off of the total amount charged for water.
(4) 
Commercial rates.
(A) 
A user fee or $35.00 per month for the first 2,000 gallons.
(B) 
Then the rates are as follows: For every 1,000 gallons of water is $5.00, then the rate stays at $5.00 per 1,000 gallons of water for each 1,000 gallons used.

The rates charged by the city for sewer service are as follows:
(1) 
Applicability.
The rate is applicable under the regular terms and conditions of the city, for all domestic, commercial, business and/or manufacturing purposes.
(2) 
Monthly rates.
(A) 
Residential: $30.00 per month.
(B) 
Commercial/business: $30.00 per month.
(C) 
Senior citizen: $27.00 per month.
(D) 
Disabled person: $27.00 per month.

Any bill paid after the due date must include a late fee of $10.00 for a delayed payment penalty.

Before service may be reconnected, the past due bill must be paid in full, plus a service reconnection fee of $50.00 per service provided. Also, if the customer requests an after-hour reconnect the customer must pay an additional $100.00 to cover the call-out rate of overtime for the worker.

When rental property is vacated, and water services are requested, a service charge of $25.00 for the service will be required and a deposit of $175.00 for the water will be required.

Labor charges at a rate of $25.00 per man-hour will be used in determining the charge to the customer or person responsible for damages to equipment owned by the city. Late payment penalties of $10.00 will accrue for each month that the invoice is not collected.
