The City hereby adopts District Ord. No. 100 as amended, and the other codes (and appendices thereto) adopted by Ord. No. 100, in the same manner as adopted by the District, which includes the following:

The National Electrical Code, 2014, and its appendices.

The City reappoints and reaffirms the District as the duly authorized agent for the City to inspect residential and commercial structures for compliance with the codes and requirements adopted herein.

The City of Kimmswick reappoints and reaffirms the District as the duly authorized agent for the City to issue occupancy permits for the City for residential and commercial structures, in accordance with the codes and requirements adopted herein.

The City adopts the fee schedule adopted by District Ord. No. 99, and as subsequently amended, which is as follows:

Upon conviction of this Article, the violator shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) plus court costs. Each day shall constitute a separate violation.
