The city council hereby establishes the standard construction details for the city attached to Ordinance 2013-51, including text and detail amendments, additions, and changes to the standard construction details previously adopted in Ordinance 2004-19.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined as provided in section 1.01.009 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which an offense occurs or continues.
