The charges, fees and rates for the use of the water and sewer systems by residential, multifamily, commercial, municipal and mobile home park customers shall be on file in the city secretary’s office. All ordinances pertaining to such charges, fees and rates are specifically saved from repeal.

Any property, tract, lot, parcel, development, subdivision, building, structure or facility requiring city water and/or wastewater service must be in compliance with all adopted city codes, regulations and ordinances before any new service connection is allowed by the city.
