(a)
Removal required; time limit.
All signs, notices, posters, and announcements, including material/objects, pertaining to, but not limited to, political advertisements, auctions, sales and scheduled events, shall be removed from all utility poles and city property within the city limits within ten (10) days at the conclusion of said event.
(b)
Penalty.
Any person who shall violate any of the terms and regulations of this section shall be fined an amount not to exceed two hundred dollars ($200.00) for conviction of each violation thereof.
