The following words, when used in this division, shall, for
the purpose of this division, have the meanings respectively ascribed
to them as follows:
Any street or portion of street on which vehicular traffic
is restricted to movement in one direction only.

The following streets are designated as a one-way traffic street:

It shall be unlawful to operate any motor vehicle on the identified
portion of any street which has been designated as a one-way traffic
street, in any direction other than as above stated and as posted.
Any person convicted of violating the provisions of this article shall
be guilty of a class C misdemeanor and upon conviction of such violation
shall be fined an amount not to exceed two hundred dollars ($200.00).
