Per day: $5.00.
(2) 
Per week: $10.00.
(3) 
Per month: $25.00.

Per three months: $50.00.

Per six months: $75.00.

(a) 
Game room permit fees.
(1) 
Application fee.
Nonrefundable application fee is five hundred dollars ($500.00).
(2) 
Game room permit fee.
Twenty-five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) shall be submitted with the permit application under section 4.06.002, or if the game room begins operations after the thirtieth (30) day of June of the current year, the application shall be accompanied by a payment of twelve hundred and fifty dollars ($1,250.00).
(3) 
Late fee.
If a game room permit is renewed after January 30th, a late fee of $250.00 shall be assessed and added to the permit fee for that year.
(b) 
Amusement redemption establishment permits.
(1) 
Application fee.
Nonrefundable application fee is five hundred dollars ($500.00).
(2) 
Annual amusement redemption establishment permit fee.
An annual permit fee of one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00) shall be submitted with the permit application under section 4.06.032, or if the amusement redemption establishment begins operations after the thirtieth (30) day of June of the current year, the application shall be accompanied by a payment of seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00).
(3) 
Annual registration fee for each amusement redemption machine.
An annual registration fee of five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each amusement redemption machine shall be submitted with the registration list under section 4.06.032(h), or if the initial registration takes place after the thirtieth (30th) day of June of the current year, the application shall be accompanied by a payment of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
(4) 
Late fee.
If a game room permit is renewed after January 30th, a late fee of $250.00 shall be assessed and added to the permit fee for that year.
