(a)
The
city adopts the International Fuel Gas Code of the International Code
Congress Series (2009).
(b)
In
the event that any provision, specification, or regulation of the
adopted code is in conflict with any ordinance or previously adopted
code, rule, or regulation, the International Fuel Gas Code shall take
precedence and priority.
(c)
Any
person or entity found to be in violation of the International Fuel
Gas Code may be subject to a fine not to exceed $500.00. Such fine
may be issued for every day that said person or entity is in violation
of the code.
(d)
Any
person or entity desiring a copy of the above-referenced code, or
specific regulations and requirements of said code, may receive a
copy of same at the city hall.
