(a) 
Prohibited areas.
It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any vehicle on the following described property:
(1) 
Lot 1, Block A, Bonita Vista, Unit 1, according to the map or plat thereof recorded at Cabinet 3, Page 189-191, of the plat records of the county.
(2) 
Lot 2, Block A, Bonita Vista, Unit 1, according to the map or plat thereof recorded at Cabinet 3, Page 189-191, of the plat records of the county.
(3) 
Block D, Bonita Vista, Unit 1, according to the map or plat thereof recorded at Cabinet 3, Page 189-191, of the plat records of the county.
(b) 
Definition.
When used herein, the term “vehicle” means every self-propelled mechanical device in, upon or by which any person or property is or may be transported, including motor vehicles, commercial motor vehicles, truck tractors, trailers, recreational vehicles, semitrailers, motorcycles, motor scooters and motor-driven bicycles. The term does not include mechanical devices that are moved by human power exclusively.
(c) 
Posting of signs.
The city shall post a sign on the property that is visible at each entrance of the property that no motor vehicles are permitted beyond the entrance and that violators will be subject to a fine of $200.00.
(d) 
Penalty.
Any person, corporation or association violating any provision of this section shall be deemed guilty of an offense, and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine not to exceed two hundred and no/100 dollars ($200.00). Each violation thereof shall be a separate offense, and shall be punished accordingly. Provided, further, that compliance may be further enforced through injunctive relief and damages in district court.
