Merchant processing fees.

Autopay E-Check (ACH): No charge (utility customers only).

Phone payments through IVR: $0.95 surcharge plus fee related to chosen payment option (utility customers only).

(b) 
Alcohol sales permit.
(1) 
Sales permit.
The fee for a permit to sell alcoholic beverages shall be equal to one-half of the fee charged by the state alcoholic beverage commission for each license the permit applicant is required to obtain from that agency.
(c) 
Charges for providing copies of public information.
The fee for charges in this section are in accordance with Government Code, chapter 552 Public Information Act:

Paper copy, standard size 8-1/2 x 11 (per page): $0.10.
(2) 
Oversized paper copies 11 x 17 (per page): $0.50.
(3) 
Posting/shipping charges: Actual cost.
