Article I Police Pension Plan

[Adopted 11-11-2008 by Ord. No. 246]

§ 91-1 Plan available in Township offices.

The Caernarvon Township Police Pension Plan, originally effective May 1, 1964, and as amended and restated on several occasions thereafter, is further amended and restated in the form attached to this article.[1]

§ 91-2 Authorized agents of Township; execution of Plan.

The Chairman or Vice Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of Caernarvon Township, as the authorized agent of the Township, is authorized and directed to execute the attached amendment and restatement of the Plan.

§ 91-3 Repealer.

Any ordinance or part of ordinance inconsistent with the provisions of this article and of the Police Pension Plan is hereby repealed to the extent of its inconsistency.

§ 91-4 When effective.

This article shall become effective five days after enactment.
