Attachment 1 - Official Township Road Map
[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]
The attached Caernarvon Township Road Map, as prepared by Great Valley Consultants, being Drawing No. 924055-001-E-002, dated March 8, 2005, last revised April 27, 2009, is hereby adopted and declared to be the official Township Road Map of Caernarvon Township.
Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to constitute the opening or establishment of any streets as official Township roads or the taking of any land unless such streets have been accepted by duly adopted ordinance of the Township, and nothing contained herein shall be deemed to impose any liability, duty, or responsibility on the part of the Township for the maintenance or improvement of any streets unless such duty and responsibility is otherwise imposed by law or official Township ordinance.
All prior ordinances inconsistent with this chapter, and all prior Township official road maps previously adopted, are hereby rescinded and repealed to the extent of their inconsistency.
