Fees shall be established by the municipality to defray plan review and construction inspection costs incurred by the municipality. All fees shall be paid by the applicant at the time of drainage plan submission. A Review and Inspection Fee Schedule[1] shall be established by resolution of the municipal governing body based on the size of the regulated activity and based on the municipality's costs for reviewing drainage plans and conducting inspections pursuant to § 410-66. The municipality shall periodically update the Review and Inspection Fee Schedule to ensure that review costs are adequately reimbursed.
