No major recreational equipment, including boats, boat trailers, travel trailers, pickup campers or coaches, motorized dwellings, tent trailers, and the like, shall be parked or stored on any lot in a planned residential development in Caernarvon Township or upon the streets located within such planned residential development except in an enclosed building; provided, however, that such equipment may be parked temporarily on such lot or street for a period not to exceed 24 hours during loading or unloading. No such equipment shall be used for living, sleeping, or housekeeping purposes when parked or stored in any location within a planned residential development.
No commercial vehicles may be parked or stored on any lot within a planned residential development in Caernarvon Township or upon any street within such planned residential development; provided, however, that the off street parking of one commercial vehicle, having no more than two axles, is permitted by a resident of any dwelling within a planned residential development if said vehicle is used for the resident's livelihood and for a business not conducted on the premises; provided further, however, that nothing contained herein shall prohibit the access of commercial vehicles to the planned residential development for deliveries or periodic service work.
Any prior ordinance or part of ordinance inconsistent herewith is hereby repealed to the extent of its inconsistency.
If any part of this article is declared to be unconstitutional or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining portions of this article shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect.
