Caernarvon Township, by its Board of Supervisors, hereby establishes and adopts an employer-sponsored SIMPLE IRA Plan administered by Invesco Investment Services, Inc., for the benefit of nonuniform employees of the Township.[1]

Editor's Note: A complete copy of said Plan, including any amendments thereto, is on file in the Township offices.
The effective date of the Plan will be January 1, 2013, and remain in force until amended, revised or terminated by act of the Board of Supervisors of Caernarvon Township.
The Township Administrator and the Township Treasurer, as elected or appointed from time to time, shall be the Retirement Plan Managers who shall be granted access to financial information of the Plan and be authorized to take action consistent with the terms of the Plan.
Proper officers of the Board of Supervisors of Caernarvon Township and the designated Retirement Plan Managers are authorized to complete applications, submit information, sign documents, and take all other action consistent with the provisions of this article.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent with this article are hereby repealed to the extent of the inconsistency.
