The permit fee for the issuance of a building permit shall be fifteen dollars ($15.00).

A fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) per year shall be charged each person registering as a plumber for hire in the city; said fee is to be due the city on or before April 1, 1956, and the 1st day of April each year thereafter.

All plumbers doing work under the provisions of article 3.02, division 3 of the Code of Ordinances shall pay inspection fees as follows:
(1) 
For inspection of any one (1) single fixture issued under one (1) permit: $2.00.
(2) 
Where there is more than one fixture, the inspection fee shall be one dollar ($1.00) for each additional fixture roughed in, up to and including five (5); over five (5) fixtures, seventy-five cents ($0.75).
(3) 
Where the plumbing inspector is required to go to the same job more than once for the same inspection, he or she shall charge an extra fee of one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) for each and every inspection thereafter, if construction is contrary to article 3.02, division 3 of the code, the work is defective, the wrong address is given or the work is not ready for inspection.

All fees shall be paid to the treasurer and by him or her paid into the general fund of the city.

Inspection fees shall be charged by the inspector of plumbing as follows:
(1) 
Five openings or less: $1.50.
(2) 
All additional openings: $0.10.
(3) 
All reinspections, after failure to stand test: Same as above.
(4) 
Inspector’s fees are to be paid by the party securing the permit.

The city electrician shall be entitled to a fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) for inspecting electrical work.

(a) 
HUD-Code manufactured homes use and occupancy permit:
(1) 
$0.15 per square foot of enclosure.
(2) 
Application fee: $25.00.
(b) 
Application for license for manufactured home park: $25.00, plus the engineering fee.
(c) 
Application for license for recreational vehicle park: $25.00, plus an engineering fee.

(a) 
Customer service inspection.
(1) 
Inspection.
The city shall charge $50.00 for a customer service inspection performed by qualified employees of the city.
(2) 
Reinspection.
The city shall charge $25.00 for any reinspection performed by the qualified employees of the city.
(b) 
Reconnection charge.
Services discontinued under these provisions shall be restored only upon payment of a reconnection charge, hereby established at $60.00, and any other costs incurred by the city in discontinuing service, and reasonable assurance that the same action or inaction will not recur.
