Each permit shall be thirty dollars ($30.00) per week. Five dollars ($5.00) is for the permit; $25.00 is for the cleaning up of the grounds. If the grounds are left in the shape they were found, the $25.00 is refunded.

Each applicant for a permit under article 4.04 of the Code of Ordinances shall be charged an investigative fee of thirty-five dollars ($35.00). The fee for the permit upon approval of the permit board will be an additional fifteen dollars ($15.00), and two dollars ($2.00) for each duplicate permit issued.

The city shall collect an annual license fee for each location on which a pool or billiard table is owned and operated for profit. The fee is ten dollars ($10.00) per establishment or hall for each license issued and a like sum for each renewal thereof.

At the time of issuance of a permit, the permittee shall pay to the city secretary the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each taxicab to be operated in the city for a twelve (12) month period ending December 31st; provided that, if such permit is granted for less than the full year, the permittee shall pay to the city an amount prorated according to the number of months for which the permit is issued.
