The current, and as may be amended from time-to-time, industrial sewer use regulations of the City of Dallas are herewith adopted by reference, the same as if fully set out herein. Three (3) copies of the regulations are to remain on file in the city secretary’s office, and available for public inspection during regular business hours. Unless deleted, amended, expanded, or otherwise changed, all provisions of such regulations shall be fully applicable and binding and of full force and effect.
