(a)
The fee for requiring a police escort through the City of Hallettsville, Texas, shall be the sum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
(b)
In the event, that the operator and/or owner of the moving vehicle requires services by the crews of the City of Hallettsville, Texas, to lift, disconnect or remove wires, traffic signals, or other property, the charge for such services to be maintained on file in the office of the city secretary and incorporated herein as if copied verbatim.
