The International Plumbing Code (“Plumbing Code”), 2015 edition, is herewith adopted by reference. A copy of the Plumbing Code shall be kept on file in the office of the City Secretary. Unless deleted, amended, expanded or otherwise changed herein, all provisions of the Plumbing Code shall be fully applicable and binding and of full force and effect within the City. This adoption includes appendices B, D, and E of the Plumbing Code.

The following sections of the International Plumbing Code (“Plumbing Code”), as adopted in section 30.80, are amended, modified, or deleted as follows.[1]

The International Fuel Gas Code (“Fuel Gas Code”), 2015 edition, is hereby adopted by reference. A copy shall be kept on file in the office of the City Secretary. Unless deleted, amended, expanded or otherwise changed herein, all provisions of the Fuel Gas Code shall be fully applicable, binding, of full force and effect within the City.
