(a) 
City hall electronic sign.
Unless otherwise provided in this article or subsequent amendment, the electronic sign at city hall shall be used only to provide notice of the following: emergency bulletins (e.g. weather advisories, “Amber alerts,” temporary road closures, etc.); city-wide events (e.g. clean up day, fishing events, etc.); city commission meetings; joint entities quarterly luncheons; planning and zoning meetings; town hall meetings; municipal court public notices; police department public notices; and finance department public notices.
(b) 
Community center electronic sign.
Unless otherwise provided in this article or subsequent amendment, the electronic sign at the community center shall be used only to provide notice of the following: emergency bulletins (e.g. weather advisories, “Amber alerts,” temporary road closures, etc.); city-wide events (e.g. clean up day, fishing events, etc.); civic group announcements; nonprofit group announcements; and for profit group announcements.
(c) 
Aquatic center electronic sign.
Unless otherwise provided in this article or subsequent amendment, the electronic sign at the aquatic center shall be used only to provide notice of the following: emergency bulletins (e.g. weather advisories, “Amber alerts,” temporary road closures, etc.); city-wide events (e.g. clean up day, fishing events, etc.); aquatic center hours; water aerobics class hours; and general aquatic center information (e.g. contact information, special programs, fee discounts, and upcoming events).
(d) 
Miscellaneous.
The electronic signs at city hall, the community center, and the aquatic center (hereinafter “the signs”) shall also be subject to the following:
(1) 
There shall be a twenty dollar ($20.00) nonrefundable fee for each noncity announcement posted on the signs. Multiple fees shall be charged for announcements posted on multiple signs.
(2) 
The signs shall not be used for political advertisements or political party events.
(3) 
Announcements shall be placed on the signs no sooner than ten (10) days before an event.
(4) 
Announcements shall run for a maximum of ten (10) days, per twenty dollar ($20.00) fee paid.
(5) 
Announcements should be limited to three frames.
(6) 
Payment and the requested wording for the sign should be received three working days prior to the desired start date.
(7) 
The signs shall not be used for announcements for religious organizations or affiliated entities.
