At any location where the sale of alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption, whether beer, wine or mixed beverages, is permitted pursuant to state law and city ordinance, the permissible hours during which such sales are allowed shall be the maximum hours permitted by state law, unless the hours of sale at a location are otherwise limited by the provisions of the city’s special exception granted for such location pursuant to section 14.02.321(c)(8) of the city code.
