It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully fail to comply
with any lawful order or direction of any police officer invested
by law with the authority to enforce the criminal laws of the state
and the ordinances of the city.

It shall be unlawful for any person to intentionally flee from
or interfere with a person he knows to be a police officer when such
officer is lawfully attempting to effect a search, stop, frisk, serve
any process or perform any other lawful act, other than arrest, required
of a police officer by the laws of the state or the ordinances of
the city.

It shall be unlawful for any person to communicate either directly
or indirectly with any prisoner or prisoners in the custody of a police
officer without first obtaining the consent of the police officer
maintaining custody or other person having authority to give such
consent.

It shall be unlawful for any person to deliver or attempt to
deliver any article or item to any prisoner or prisoners then confined
in the jail without the express permission of the police officer in
charge of the jail.

It shall be unlawful for any person to refuse to assist a person
he knows to be a police officer in making an arrest, conducting a
search, preventing an escape, or suppressing any disturbance when
requested to do so by a police officer who meets with resistance in
discharging his duties.
