(a)
Fee schedule adopted by reference.
The fee schedule
attached as exhibit A to the ordinance from which this section is
derived, which exhibit is incorporated herein for all purposes as
if fully set forth, be and is hereby adopted and shall replace prior
fee schedules. The new fees set forth in exhibit A shall be effective,
and shall be assessed from and after the effective date of the ordinance
from which this section is derived.
(b)
Conflicting provisions.
In the event of a conflict between
a fee established in the ordinance from which this section is derived,
and the provisions of any other city ordinance, the provisions of
the ordinance from which this section is derived shall prevail; however,
the ordinance from which this section is derived is not intended to
and shall not amend or change any fee heretofore established that
is not yet listed in said ordinance or in the schedule attached thereto
and such fees are continued in effect for all purposes.
