The fees in this section, as well as any and all fees in the City, will be part of the Master Fee Schedule, as set by the City Council and amended from time to time. The Master Fee Schedule attached as exhibit "A" to the ordinance from which this section is derived, which exhibit is incorporated herein for all purposes as if fully set forth, be and is hereby adopted and shall replace prior fee schedules. Further, the attached Master Fee Schedule may need to be amended from time to time, and any such future amendment to the City's Fee Schedule shall be by resolution instead of amending this Code of Ordinances.
