§ 13.01.001 Water treatment plant must be approved by water district.

Any water treatment plant to be constructed within the jurisdictional limits of the city shall be approved and operated by the North Texas Municipal Water District (or the successor to such water district) and paid for by the users of such water treatment plant.

(b)

All other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict or inconsistent with any of the provisions of this section are hereby repealed insofar as the same are in conflict with the provisions hereof and insofar as necessary to give this section full force and effect.

§ 13.01.002 Standards for septic tank systems.

Standards and specifications for septic tank systems shall be as established in Ordinance 89-1, which is not repealed upon adoption of this code.
