(a) 
It shall be unlawful for any person operating or driving any motor or other vehicle within the city to drive upon, across or over any fire hose or water hose of the fire department of the city or any other fire department that may be laid or placed on, along or across any street or alley or lot or lots within the city.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine in accordance with the general penalty provided in section 1.01.009.

(a) 
It shall be unlawful for any person operating or driving any motor or other vehicle to park or bring to a stop said motor or other vehicle within ten feet of any fire plug or fire hydrant located on the water mains of any firm or corporation, within the corporate limits of the city.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine in accordance with the general penalty provided in section 1.01.009.

(a) 
It shall be unlawful for any person, not a member of the city volunteer fire department, to get upon and ride the fire truck or other fire apparatus when the same is en route to a fire or answering an alarm, except upon the request of the driver or other officer in charge of said truck of other fire apparatus.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine in accordance with the general penalty provided in section 1.01.009.

(a) 
Any person operating or driving a motor or other vehicle shall, upon the sounding of the fire siren or other fire alarm, cause such vehicle to be brought to a full stop by turning such vehicle to the right and proceeding to the curb and shall remain so stopped until he shall have determined that the fire department apparatus is traveling away from or upon another street than that upon which such person is driving or operating such vehicle.
