(a) State regulations adopted.
The current regulations for
access driveways to state highways are adopted for the public safety
and protection of the city and of the citizens thereof and all of
the provisions herein shall be construed for the accomplishment of
that purpose.
(b) Penalty.
Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate or disregard any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction shall be fined in accordance with the general penalty provided in section
1.01.009 per day of existing violation.

(a) Hours closed to public; excessive noise.
(1) All public parks, ballparks and other city or county properties within
the city limits shall be closed to public use between the hours of
10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., each night of the week, except as hereinafter
provided.
(2) It shall be unlawful for any person or group of persons to produce
excessive noises which are a nuisance to persons within the area of
audibility, either by loud, raucous behavior or by unreasonable, jarring,
disturbing sounds of horns, radios or other amplifying equipment.
(3) Restrictions recited in subsection
(1) above shall not apply to persons or groups engaged in official sports activities or recreational events which may be scheduled from time to time.
(4) The city shall post signs at each park location in such place and
manner as is reasonably calculated to provide adequate and proper
notice to park patrons regarding these regulations, and times during
which the parks are closed to public use.
(5) Any person who is conducting or participating in an activity in the
park during hours which are prohibited by and contrary to provisions
of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor; any police officer
shall have the authority to enforce provisions of this section by
removal of the violator from the grounds or area, or by issuance of
a citation or arrest of the violator.
(b) Penalty.
Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine in accordance with the general penalty provided in section
1.01.009.
