(a) 
New water service.
New water service at a location where there is an existing metering device requires a deposit of ninety dollars ($90.00) plus a processing fee of ten dollars ($10.00). New water service where there is no existing service tap shall have a minimum charge of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for three-quarter inch (3/4") line and three hundred dollars ($300.00) for one inch (1") line.
(b) 
New sewer service.
Minimum charge of two hundred dollars ($200.00). If a “street cut” is required, an additional charge of two hundred dollars ($200.00) will be added to the connection service.

(a) 
Multiple occupancy dwellings comprised of multiple single-family units within one common structure (units) connected with a common metering device within or without the corporate limits of the city having a connection with any mains or pipes used in connection with the city water system shall pay the following rates per month for water used: the balance (b) of the water used shall be divided by the total number of units (u) serviced by the common metering device. This will determine the average usage (a) per unit serviced. The first four thousand (4000) gallons attributed to each unit shall have a minimum charge (m) of fifty-two dollars and no cents ($52.00). The average usage per unit serviced shall be used to determine the rate (r) per unit serviced. The sum of the rate per unit serviced and the minimum charge for each unit serviced shall be multiplied by the total number of units connected to the common metering device.
(b) 
This will determine the total rate (t) for the water used, the formula being i.e. t={[(b/u) + m}

For residents and owners of property within or without the corporate limits of the city on city water and sewer, the minimum charge shall be at the rate of twenty-six dollars and twenty-three cents ($26.23) for up to 10,000 gallons. A surcharge of $0.60/1,000 will be added up to 40,000 gallons. A surcharge of $1.20/1,000 will be added for usage over 40,000 gallons.

For commercial property the minimum charge shall be twenty-nine dollars ($29.00) for up to 10,000 gallons. A surcharge of $0.60/1,000 will be added up to 40,000 gallons. A surcharge of $1.20/1,000 will be added for usage over 40,000 gallons.
(b) 
For residents and owners of commercial property where vehicle wash racks are operated or other high-volume sewage usage activities occur, the minimum charge shall be twenty-nine dollars ($29.00) for up to 10,000 gallons. A surcharge of $0.60/1,000 will be added up to 40,000 gallons. A surcharge of $1.20/1,000 will be added for usage over 40,000 gallons.
(c) 
For residents and owners of property within or without the corporate limits of the city on city sewer, but not on city water, the minimum charge shall be forty-two dollars and fifty cents ($42.50).
(d) 
Multiple occupancy dwellings comprised of multiple single-family units within one common structure (units) within or without the corporate limits of the city having a connection with any mains or pipes used in connection with the city sewer system shall pay the following rates per month for sewer.
(e) 
For multiple occupancy dwellings within or without the corporate limits of the city on city water and sewer the rate shall be determined by the number of units serviced at each location.
(1) 
The minimum charge shall be at the rate of twenty-six dollars and twenty-three cents ($26.23) multiplied by the total number of units serviced.
(2) 
If the average water used per unit is greater than ten thousand (10,000) gallons per unit, a surcharge of $0.60/1,000 multiplied by the total number of units serviced. If the average water used per unit is greater than forty thousand (40,000) gallons per unit, a surcharge of $1.20/1,000 multiplied by the total number of units serviced.
(f) 
For multiple occupancy dwellings within or without the corporate limits of the city on city sewer, but not on city water, the minimum charge shall be forty-two dollars and fifty cents ($42.50) multiplied by the total number of units serviced.

All residents and owners of property within or without the corporate limits of the city having residential or commercial solid waste removal service shall pay the following rates plus applicable taxes per month:
(1) 
All residents and owners of property within or without the corporate limits of the city having residential solid waste removal service shall pay the following rates per month:
1 x 3-yard receptacle (shared) emptied once per week: $27.50.
(2) 
All residents and owners of property within or without the corporate limits of the city having commercial solid waste removal service shall pay the following rates per month:
1 x 3-yard receptacle (shared) emptied once per week: $35.50.
1 x 3 yard receptacle (exclusive use) emptied once per week: $51.50.
(3) 
Each 3-yard receptacle provided for exclusive use and emptied twice per week shall be sixty-seven dollars and fifty cents ($67.50).

Multiple occupancy dwellings comprised of multiple units within one common structure (units) within or without the corporate limits of the city having solid waste removal service shall pay the following total rate (t) plus applicable taxes which is determined by dividing the number of units (u) at each location by two (2) and multiplying the quotient by the rate (r), i.e.:

(a) 
Reconnect fees are seventy-five dollars ($75.00) plus the amount of the delinquency.
(b) 
An additional service fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) will be added to the reconnection fee if service is restored by any person (including a licensed plumber) other than a city employee.
